This Phaco emulisifier unit consists of Trolley and the testing Unit itself. As cost was a serious constraint, the design was done keeping that in mind, the choice of materials and specially processes used for the manufacturing.

The Trolley was made using a combination of custom extrusion, and vacuum formed covers.

The enclosure parts of the test unit were made from laser cut components, cnc machined parts and 3d printed Bezel.
