Every component is accurately modelled in 3D using the best of CAD software, using virtual analyticals tools all parts and assemblies are subjected to interference analysis, draft analysis, thickness analysis and tolerance analysis.

Prototyping gives the opportunity to get a clear idea of aesthetics, besides allowing one to touch, feel, and get a sense of its strength and size. Prototypes are essential to understand the ergonomic aspects of the product.
We use advance Rapid prototyping techniques like (SLA), (SLS), (CNC machining) to create accurate prototypes be it for aesthetic evaluation, fit and function testing or simply for design verification. We also create early evaluation mock-ups using Foam, POP, and Styro-foam and Ciba wood.

We have considerable experience in organizing and dealing with product manufacturing both locally and offshore. We have developed a very reliable network of high quality Chinese and Indian manufacturers for plastics, sheet metal & rubber parts.
We liase with these vendors and check thru their DFM reports, mold analysis and advise them on material and process selection so as to ensure the parts are made first time right as much as possible.
We also undertake organization and manufacturing of parts, be it small batch production or mass production.

Our design team work closely with the factory production peronnel to educate, train and build the product to the highest standards possible. This way we ensure our clients have less headache about production issues and teething problems.
We work closely with the designnated vendors and help them to realise the part as per the specification laid out in the CFM charts of each part. Our engineers check all parts and approve for production. We also train the quality staff in identifying defects and on assembly procedure so as to ensure only the right parts are used and are assembled in the right way.
